Support & Training

Support and Training are at the heart of all Autel Product. For the lower cost tools we offer on-line training content and assistance, that you can view at in your own time and at your convenience.

For higher value tools (our MS906sPro or above), and with the assistance of your Parts Supplier or Motor Factor who will be an Authorised Dealer, a member of our UK team may be able to visit you to demonstrate the higher value Autel products, before you make the decision to purchase. Once you buy, our support doesn't end there! For instance, with ADAS hardware purchases, we provide a FREE 2 day AOM230 course for one attendee, which is an official IMI accreditation, and gives you the rubber stamp to work on all things ADAS. All UK supplied tools via our Authorised Dealers also benefit from full telephone Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
